How to return an item:

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a part number mismatch.

The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Please send and email to sales@adhesivetemplates.com with your invoice number, the part number(s) to be returned and what the reason for the return is. 
  • Include a copy of your invoice and/or packing slip in your return envelope or package.
  • Mail your returned item to:

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been opened, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Damaged or incorrect emblem adhesives may be replaced at our discretion without the need for return shipping of the original part(s). If a shipping error on our part is made or defective parts are shipped, they will be replaced free-of-charge.

Restocking Fee

If an incorrect quantity of product or other ordering error is made on your part, or if the vehicle that the template is for is determined to be a total-loss after ordering, the returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Expedited template and supply item shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong emblem adhesives or requested an incorrect part number, we may, at our discretion, credit the purchase you made and ship you the correct item for the difference in price from the original part, plus additional shipping & handling.
