Collision Shops must be registered and logged-in to receive discounts. Please enter your FEDERAL Tax ID Number (FEIN, from your W-9 form) to receive collision shop pricing. The FEIN is 9 digits and looks like "12-3456789."
To avoid a wasted effort, please VERIFY that you are not already registered with us before filling-out the form. (Try to login with your email address. There is an easy-link for forgotton passwords on the LOGIN form.)
